Youth Ministries

Youth are extremely important to us here at Cairo FUMC. We offer a variety of programs to meet the needs of all of our youth in grades 6 through 12.   We urge you to find something that works for you and get plugged in.   Something is missing if you are not here!

 

Meets Sunday nights in the youth house 5:00-6:30. This is a time of fun and fellowship with friends your own age. The typical meeting includes a devotional, meal, and tons of fun. The youth house is fully equipped with a pool and ping pong table, the latest video games running through an incredible projection system including surround sound, and comfortable furnishings. If all else fails, we’ll go jump in the pool! Come join us and bring a friend.

This group has regularly scheduled outings such as snow skiing, water skiing, lake trips, paintball, river trips, and whatever trips they can think up. Come be a part of this exciting ministry.

 

The youth meet in the youth house on Sunday mornings 9:45 – 10:50. There is plenty of time for learning and a little fun thrown in on the side.

 

Immediately following Wednesday night suppers, all youth typically meet in the youth house for a time of sharing and prayer. Periodically this group remains with the church family for the program following the church night supper.
